Cleanse your skin and pat it dry. Settle somewhere comfortable — bed, bath, a soft chair. Place the mask on, choose your light, and press once. Close your eyes. Let it switch itself off when the ten minutes are done. Follow with your serum or moisturiser while skin is warm.
